What is LowOrbit?
On April 30, 2014 astronauts on the International Space Station fixed high-definition cameras to the outside of the structure and started streaming a 24/7 live view of earth to us here on terrafirma. This view of our own blue planet somehow shortened the distance between us down here and them up there. We wanted to celebrate this closeness with an experience that unified some of the data we have streaming at us from the ISS and it’s passengers.
