LOVO Studio

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with any saas product I've ever bought in years. Firstly, the AI generated voice by LOVO is TRASH. The founders of LOVO Studio and the other people running it are extremely immature and insecure. They will take weeks to respond to support requests. Even after replying they will continue to stay passive and not take any productive steps to solve your problem. The account is highly policed and you can't edit any detail without contacting support which is complete garbage and non-existent. They are so well aware of this fact themselves that they need to virtue signal it to others by having the "Ethics" and the "Terms & Conditions" pages in bold in the UI of the dashboard. The IRONY! Customer support...sorry we call them "Customer Success" these days doesn't really care about the success of the account holder. Their Discord server seems to be missing too. The button on the dashboard is expired. IT IS MY HUMBLE REQUEST AND WARNING TO EVERYONE READING THIS TO STAY AWAY FROM LOVO STUDIO.
