LotLine is an AI-native workspace for wholesale real estate and off-market acquisitions. Manage leads, seller outreach, property research, rehab review, buyer matching, deal rooms, and closing steps in one place. Review property photos to spot likely renovation needs, prep next actions with Deal Autopilot, and share buyer-facing property pages through PropShare. Built for wholesalers and acquisition teams that want to move deals forward faster.

Hey Product Hunt!
I’m the founder behind LotLine, built through Mansa Merch.
My experience in wholesale real estate showed me how quickly a single deal gets scattered across spreadsheets, CRMs, messaging tools, property research and buyer lists. I wanted to bring that work together, so I built LotLine: an AI-native workspace that helps wholesalers and acquisition teams run a deal from lead discovery and seller outreach to property review, buyer matching and the signed contract.
A few things we built in:
Deal Autopilot and Batch Autopilot: AI works one deal or a whole list (scores, rehab ranges, ARVs with comps, seller drafts) and lines up the next steps for your review.
Visual property review: Rehab AI reads property photos to spot likely rehab and renovation needs faster, line by line.
Buyer matching: connects each property with the buyers whose criteria fit.
PropShare: a private, buyer-facing page for each deal, built from the deal itself, that never shows your internal numbers.
LotLine Voice: seller calls from inside the deal, checked against the seller’s calling hours and kept with the property.
Contracts and e-sign: the purchase agreement drafted from the deal’s terms, sent for signature and tracked on the deal.
We’re also expanding with LotLine Agent and LotLine Leads, with more demos and updates on the way.
There’s a free 10-day trial if you’d like to explore the workspace: uselotline.com
I’d love to hear from other builders and real estate professionals here: which part of the acquisition process would you most want to automate?
Thanks for checking out what we’re building.
