Review of QR.io
As many others have stated, QR.io is misleading consumers and extorting them for money when you have no other real option but to pay them. 1. They will allow you to create a "free" QR code, that never expires, as per their own website. 2. You create your marketing materials with the "free" QR code. 3. You start using the "free" QR code at a show (or wherever). 4. Your customers tell you that the "free" QR code is suspended, redirecting you to a payment wall. 5. With no other choice, you pay the QR code ransom to re-activate the QR code that your customers are already using. (too late to do anything else) 6. The support team will not listen to constructive feedback on how to improve their marketing/wording, so they are no longer misleading customers. 7. QR.io is knowingly and willingly extorting consumers for money. 8. Typical of a business that is extorting users for money, they are operating anonymously. Do yourself a favor, and create actual free QR codes using Google Chrome, avoid the QR.io scammers.
Negative company mission
Weak customer support
Hard to use
Too expensive

Review of QR.io
I am absolutely LIVID. They said the QR code was FREE. I put the QR code on my products, and then received an email saying I need to pay because the link expired. Also, MY OWN WEBSITE DOESN'T POP UP. This is a SCAM and I feel BEYOND ripped off and mortified. I will NOT be upgrading or doing anything in the future with QR.io . The only reason I did pay was so I didn't look like a fool on my grand opening day with an invalid code. I would leave zero stars if I could.

this is a scam, your link that you asked for free and was told it is free will be redirected and they will ask for money

Review of QR.io
There was a misunderstanding around pricing and static vs dynamic codes. We lost some staff time and funding but customer service have since helped out.

I tested QR.io 2 months ago and was immediately blown away by its features! 💥 I am new to Dynamic QR Codes but the platform is easy to use even for beginners! Of course, Static QR Code is also available at your option. The Dashboard is simple and straightforward which makes it easy to find what you need. 👀 QR Code creation is FAST! ⚡ And you can download the final output instantly! The PNG and SVG output files are high resolution with more than enough details even for large prints. 👍 Thanks to the design customization options, the QR Codes looks amazing! 😃 You can change the colours and shapes. And even add an image or logo at the center! A frame with text is also available as a final touch. 🖌️ I also found the Statistics very helpful. This feature is useful if you want to track your QR Codes performance. 📊 The Stats includes Number of Scans, OS used, Country, and City where the QR Code was scanned. The Support is reliable and gives feedback within a few hours. Awesome product with a bright future ahead! Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Review of QR.io
Help. I was recommended this product on the $39 lifetime deal for a dynamic trackable QR code. I did the trial for 2 days then signed up. Now my whole design that I archived has disappeared and it wants me to pay more to be able to create a new one. I'm very worried that I've been conned as I emailed the contact form yesterday and have had no reply. I also tried the live chat which didn't work. I need to send off my new business cards asap today and am worried as I don't want to lose another $39. Someone I know has suggested that I had to sign up for the $39 before doing the free trial but I can't find anything that says this unless it's hidden in the small print. Can anyone advise me if this is the case and it will work if I sign up for the $39 in a new email and design a new QR code? Has anyone had any experience with their customer service? I'm really hoping they are just slow as it says there is a 60 day money back guarantee, no reason, so I'm hoping it's as good as my friend said and I haven't been conned. Many thanks.
