I've hunted Lootbear down since it's the only marketplace I know which let you rent virtual items. As a CSGO player I love the fact that I can just play with expensive and rare skins and basically have a huge inventory at a very affordable price.
From the business side and as a Maker of a few products myself I can appreciate the complexity of building this type of marketplace and the out of the box thinking it requires. I believe that virtual items marketplaces will just keep on growing, and business models like Lootbear's will become more and more common.
