Hi, I'm Laszlo. I build virtual try-on for eyewear. I started this to find out if try-on tech is the hard part of this category, or something else is. So far: rendering isn't the moat. I've been emailing small own-brand eyewear shops that already pay for try-on elsewhere, asking how it's really going — most of what they write about is service, not software. This demo: webcam AR try-on, real-time head tracking, no app install, no 3D scan. Nine frames, seven brands so far. There's also a working Shopify theme app extension behind it, for shops that want their own frames live. Feedback on fit and tracking quality is welcome — turn your head, try different frames, tell me where it breaks. And if you know a small eyewear brand unhappy with its try-on vendor, I'd like to hear about it.
