Stop digging through notes and old screenshots. Look it up puts your info in smart reference cards. It's in a note somewhere. In a photo nobody labeled. In a chat message you sent yourself eighteen months ago. In a screenshot of a tire pressure sticker - on a phone you no longer own. Look it up is where your information actually lives. Not shoved into a generic note. Not buried in a folder nobody opens. Structured into smart reference cards with exactly the fields that belong.
Hey Product Hunt! π
We've all been there: your kid's shoe size, your partner's ring size, that one insurance policy number, your passport number, a family member's clothing sizes for gift shopping, your car's license plate, WiFi passwords for the in-laws' house... this stuff is scattered across notes apps, sticky notes, texts to yourself, and half-remembered conversations.
Lookitup is a simple, secure place to store all those little personal details you need sometimes but never remember - so you're not digging through old messages or calling your mom to ask your kid's clothing size again.
What makes Lookitup different:
π Instant search - find what you need in seconds, search through pdf, image or other attachments
π Organize by person, category, or however makes sense to you
π Built with privacy in mind - your personal data stays yours
π± Clean, simple interface - no clutter, just quick access
Whether it's sizes, numbers, IDs, or those little facts you always forget, Lookitup is meant to be the one place you actually remember to check.
I built this as an indie dev under my KLRHT brand, driven by my own frustration of forgetting this stuff constantly. Would love your feedback β and hear what you'd store in something like this!
Thanks for checking it out π

how does it actually pull info out of old photos and random screenshots, is that all on device or do my files get uploaded somewhere?
The whole process works via "Apple Vision Framework" on iOS and "Google ML Kit Text Recognition" on Android. Both work 100% offline.

finally something that beats my habit of saving random screenshots. the tire pressure example alone sold me, that one has lived in my camera roll for over a year
