Hi everyone, we didn't expect Logopony to arrive on PH that soon since we've just started, but nonetheless we are very happy to get here and are ready to answer any questions!
Apart from other logo makers out there, Logopony's "AI" was initially trained on a set of professional logo designers so our customers receive a beautiful, professional, quality suggestions for their logos from the start, not just randomly matched fonts/colors. The app will start learning more from this point and provide better logos over time based on your likes. Each generated logo can be improved with our own custom made logo Editor which is the most powerful on the market currently and allows you to edit almost any aspect of a logo.

Hey @massimo_fazzolari I am sorry for the delay, I will investigate what happened with your email. More on that, we have fixed a minor letter-spacing issue you had with your logo and sent it to you via email. I've also provided a full refund but feel free to keep your logo I really like it.
@gwheugene does the system only choose randomly an icon or the algorithm look at something else? The first suggestions was surprisingly similar as my real logo. ;)
@patry_francois before you narrow down the options like colors/icons/font groups or "Like" any logos it will try to kick in your inspiration by generating some random stuff. But when you do it will generate more specific examples, guess it was just a pure luck in your case :)

Logopony or logophony?, is a cheap knockoff of www.looka.com with minimum editing options, not user friendly and has horrendous UI. You will need the precision of a surgeon to edit your logo, even then, good luck getting that shit right. On top of that, customer service is non-existent, I made a mistake with my logo and I am unable to edit it using their "1 million different icons". I have repeatedly emailed the support and have not received any help whatsoever.
I kissed my $65 goodbye to these Estonian fraudsters. I have myself to blame for being scammed though. I did not pay attention to the team who built this website. I overlooked the CEO with sunglasses. Bruh. If you have made it to this website, you, the reader, have come across this post and i congratulate you. Save your money and buy your loved one a gift instead.
Looka.com. is user friendly with superior editing options and logos. Since I am cheap, i will draw my logo with crayons instead, Thanks Eugene.

This may not replace a well thought hand crafted logo. But still a really good tool to generate logo samples. Good job.
Thanks for your feedback @philipsajeesh This is true, but these algos are getting better over time and we also do offer a Photoshop-like Editor for anyone to improve their generated logo if they wish

I was scammed, they do not respond to my messages. The icon disappeared and I couldn't edit it. I want my money back.
Hey @mirkac, sorry for your bad experience with Logopony, yeah seems like you've updated your current logo with one without an icon so it wasn't allowing you to add it.. though to be honest it looks super cool now. Wow, that was a lot of fun. I just started teaching an online course and wanted a logo for it, and I was surprised that I sat there for as long as I did, tinkering infinitely and slowly discovering my own preferences for a logo. Thanks guys!
