I spend a lot of time working on cognitive systems environments that give people a stable core while still leaving space for their own way of thinking.
Something I keep noticing: people approach structure very differently.
Some want small pieces they can shape themselves.
Others prefer clear routes that already exist.
Some want full freedom inside a defined zone.
Others want a ready made function that simply works.
I m trying to understand this more precisely.
When people use a system that supports thinking or reasoning flows, what do they actually look for a flexible base they define themselves, or a complete structure they can rely on?
