What an amazing product - to support folks navigating their careers in a strange time like 2020. The founding team has experience across so many geographies and sectors they are perfectly suited to building the network and infrastructure needed. They have built an extremely powerful tool to leverage technology to partner with their clients, while also maintaining the 1:1 personal attention that is needed in helping support career (and life) decisions.

I'm so grateful for Lloyd. My coach has guided me in thinking through where I can have the most impact, find the most joy, and do the good I want to do. Lloyd has helped me both in picking up the small, practical skills needed in a job hunt and with thoughtful, big-picture advice with how to direct my career. As someone in the non-profit world, paying for a personal career coach seemed like a luxury I couldn't have afforded.
