I'm Viacheslav, a solo developer from Kaliningrad, Russia.
The problem: Russian developers who need LLM API access face two painful options — use OpenAI with a VPN and foreign card, or deal with slow/unreliable alternatives.
What I built: LLMCOD.ru — a self-hosted LLM API running on a bare-metal NVIDIA V100 in Kaliningrad. It's fully OpenAI-compatible (just swap the base URL), accepts rubles via SBP and YooKassa, and requires zero VPN.
What's included:
🔌 Drop-in OpenAI replacement — works with any SDK
💳 Ruble payments, NPD receipts for businesses
💬 AI chat widget for websites with live operator escalation via MAX messenger
🔒 Data stays in Russia — no cross-border transfers
I built this entirely solo on a server sitting in my office. Powered by Qwen3-30B-A3B-Instruct.
