Most of my investment were always fixed income because they are simple and less risky, but I always wanted to invest in companies aiming for the long term, however for me it's hard to spend so much time reading all the data that I want and interpret so many numbers to take a decision on what to buy, even though I know how to interpret the indicators.
I didn't find a single online resource with all the info that I want to see, explained, summarized and everything just one click away from me, so I decided to put together the algorithms that I created on the last years and create this platform.
There are still a lot of functionalities that I want to add, I even have algorithms that I run locally, but I still need to adapt to run on the website.
Oh, and about the name; why llastro? well, I tried to buy lastro.com, but it's already taken haha so I bought llastro.com. Lastro is a portuguese word that has multiple meanings, but in finance that means "ballast". I have a long story with this word and what it means, but let's skip that today.
