Hey everyone! I'm Tomás, co-founder of Livio. I built this because I saw the problem firsthand — I quit my job and worked as a delivery driver and warehouse helper to understand how small distribution businesses actually operate. What I found was always the same: every company ran on WhatsApp, Excel, and one person's memory. The owner was the bottleneck. If they weren't available, the operation fell apart. Drivers got instructions by phone call. Proof of delivery was photos lost in chat threads. End-of-day closing took an hour of guesswork. Enterprise companies have ERPs and TMS platforms that solve this. But small businesses with 1-15 vehicles? Nothing. The existing tools are too expensive, too complex, or designed for bigger operations. So we built Livio — a single system that covers the full daily cycle: orders come in via WhatsApp (AI interprets them automatically), the dispatcher assigns deliveries from a web panel, drivers execute from a mobile app with photo + signature + GPS proof, and the day closes itself with a complete report.
