How the approach evolved: The initial concept was simple: make rows shift periodically. But during development, I realized the key was in the timing and visual feedback. I added glowing warnings before shifts, smooth animations for number transitions, and carefully calibrated the timing so it's challenging but (maybe) not frustrating. That's a warm warning. The breakthrough came when I stopped thinking of it as "Sudoku with obstacles" and started treating it as a dance between player strategy and grid movement.
