Hey Product Hunt π
Iβm Keria, the maker of LiveTechPack.
I built this because stage communication before a live show is still surprisingly messy. A lot of small bands, venues and sound engineers are still passing around screenshots, Word docs, incomplete input lists or hand-drawn stage plots. That usually means more back-and-forth before show day β and sometimes confusion during load-in.
LiveTechPack is a mobile app for creating clean stage plots, input lists and tech rider PDFs directly on iPhone and iPad.
What it does:
π Drag PA, monitors, backline and musicians onto a blueprint-style stage canvas
π€ Build a stage plot visually
π Auto-generate an input list from the layout
π§° Manage equipment, backline and technical details
π Export a clean PDF, CSV or PNG in seconds
π No account required, no user data collected
It is mainly for:
* Sound engineers
* Touring bands
* Venue techs
* Church sound teams
* Rehearsal studios
* Small festivals and livehouses
My goal is simple: help bands send better technical documents before the show, and help engineers spend less time chasing missing information.
Iβd love feedback from anyone working in live sound, music, events or venue operations:
What information do you always want to see in a stage plot or tech rider?
What would make this more useful for real show advance work?
Thanks for checking it out.

If you've ever been the person who has to pull together an input list and stage plot before a show, you know the pain. Word docs, random PDFs, screenshots of scribbles on notebook paper. Every band member remembers different details. The venue wants it "ASAP."
LiveTechPack gives touring professionals, FOH engineers, and band techs everything they need to build a complete tech pack in one place.
What makes it different:
π― Smart channel processing β Name your channels and the app auto-suggests mics, stand types, phantom power, stagebox routing, matrix sends, and monitor mixes based on instrument type. No more typing every field from scratch.
π¨ Drag-and-drop stage plot β Realistic icons for everything: drum kits, wedges, line arrays, risers, carpets, IEM racks, DJ gear. No more PowerPoint or hand-drawn diagrams. Layered rendering with badge numbers that match your input list 1:1.
π Multi-format export β PDF for polished delivery, DOCX for venues that need editable files (keep the columns, fill in details), CSV for spreadsheets, PNG for quick sharing.
π Smart grouping & merge β Channel lists auto-merge duplicate aux sends and matrix outputs so the output is clean. Group channels by instrument family or monitor mix.
π Localized in 5 languages β EN, ZH, PT, ES, JA. Built for international touring.
βοΈ iCloud sync across devices β Start on iPhone, tweak on iPad, export on Mac. Real-time sync.
