Hello Makers! Today I'd like to present you the integration between Slack and LiveChat, which turns the latter into a teamwork-friendly customer support tool. It connects the LiveChat account with a Slack workspace and turns incoming chats into separate threads, where you can reply to your customers. Whatever happens in one app is reflected in the second one, providing you a seamless communication experience. Another useful feature is routing chats from specific pages to dedicated groups – this way, customers are being connected to relevant teams, e.g. Sales or Product Team. What's more, it allows you to collaborate with your teammates – other members of your team can also leave comments in a certain thread, but their messages won't be visible to the customer. This way, you can spend less time solving more difficult cases. Let me know what you think!
