honestly this looks really cool, the 3D jar idea is such a nice touch for live shows. one thing though, would be great if the performer could split tips between band members directly from the app, like set percentages ahead of time so it doesn't have to get awkward counting cash or chasing venmo after the gig.

My initial version had the concept of the teams, and you could invite other users to your team and I planned to create a system where they can configure different percentages for team members and so on... It's actually available on my Github page if you are interested. I would say it turned out to be a clone of the free version of ko-fi or buy me a coffee, but for teams.
However, it turned out that it drastically increased the complexity of the app and the onboarding. The bands I know, they're switching their team members constantly. Today only two of them playing, tomorrow it's gonna be three, day after tomorrow they got a replacement, and so on and on, and the whole next week the artist performs solo. I assume it adds a lot of micro management each time before a gig. So I decided to put it into a backlog.
Later on, if actually someone is going to use the app and request this feature I'll be super happy to implement it. Right now there is zero users, but if I manage to get at least one real user it would be so nice and I'll be motivated to implement more cool features! This is my hobby project - non-commercial and open source. If you know some bands or artists, I'll be super happy if you could spread a word!

The live 3D jar sounds like a really cool feature for getting the audience engaged. One thing I'd love to see is a sound notification option when a big tip comes in, maybe a customizable chime or bell sound that plays through the venue's sound system. It would add another layer of excitement and really make those generous tippers feel appreciated by the whole room.
The 3D jar that fills in real time while the audience watches is such a clever way to turn tipping into part of the show instead of an afterthought. Love that it runs straight to your own Stripe too.
