I built Live Swap Face for people who want to test a face swap before committing to a recording. The browser flow starts with a webcam and one reference photo, then gives you a live preview so you can check alignment, lighting, and expression tracking. It is most useful when you have permission to use the source image and want to see whether the result holds up as you move. The web experience is available now; a desktop virtual camera is on the roadmap. If you try it, I’d appreciate feedback on setup friction and where the preview breaks down.
