This is actually cool. I have been working as a head of community-management for a while earlier, and having to switch between instant messengers / slack / livechat and whatnot was a real pain in the, and probably wasted a lot of time. There's a lot of features already, how long did it take for you to develop that? Any future plans?

@valentine_erokhin Thanks! We've been working on the integrations for over a year now and finally have parity between the Slack and Teams integrations. We plan to continue to enhance based on customer feedback and continue to expand the features like our chatbot support.

Interesting. Regarding the plans: one "Website Domain" would include any sub-domains of that domain, meaning I could implement the widget on the marketing website (our www.xxx.com homepage) for prospect questions as well as in our application (app.xxx.com) for existing users?
