Hello everyone! Lit Cam was an attempt to solve my own problem of adding a pop of extra light in low-light scenarios. I tried alternatives, such as carrying around separate compact lights, but found them to be a hassle. Also, while most mobile photography apps are going all-in on algorithms and AI, Lit Cam puts the focus back on the basics. I'd love to hear what you think!

The app is looking great! The before and after photo looks impressive. How are you achieving such a big difference? What is the optimal shooting distance for shots with Lit Cam?

@matthewsmith Thanks! The example shot of the flowers in the tree was taken with the rear flash at 20% power from about 2-3 feet away. The optimal distance varies based on how dark it is (and the desired look), but I usually keep it under 10 feet. In total darkness it can light up a bedroom at full power.

seems super useful. since the better camera is on the back would love to be able to adjust the color of the light on that side

@slick By the way seeing as you just launched, if you're looking for market research I have a service where for $12 you can ask 100 people a question then follow-up based on how they answered and even interview them! https://scoops.io/ You could ask e.g. "How much would you pay for an app that kept the camera light on while you took photos to illuminate the subjects?" Anyway If you want to give it a shot I'll pass you $12 in free credits. Just thought it may help :) Best of luck otherwise!

Hello again! I'm blown away by all the support - I sincerely thank you! The app hit #48 for Photo/Video on the App Store today and that wasn't possible without your help.
