Turn any text into a bilingual lesson with native-quality audio, shadowing and phoneme-level pronunciation scoring. Learn a language by immersion on iPhone, iPad and Mac.

The phoneme-level scoring on Mac feels really polished, especially how it pairs shadowing practice with native-quality audio right inside the lesson. Nice execution on making immersion feel this seamless across iPhone and iPad too.
@caksen87596Thanks so much! That really means a lot.
Linva is built around one simple idea: turn the sentences you actually want to say into comprehensible input you can listen to, shadow, and eventually speak naturally.
I’m really happy the phoneme-level feedback and native-quality audio helped make that experience feel seamless. Thanks again for trying Linva and for taking the time to share your thoughts!
The phoneme-level scoring actually caught me off guard with how specific it is. I tried it on a tricky French phrase and it told me exactly which sound I was flattening, which is way more useful than just a thumbs up or down.
@sevcanuzunzv3uThank you! That means a lot.
I believe pronunciation feedback should answer “what should I fix next?”, not just “was it correct?”.
I’m really happy the phoneme-level feedback was able to point out the exact sound. That’s the kind of guidance I always wished language apps provided.
Thanks for sharing your experience!
Phoneme-level scoring is such a smart move, most apps stop at "did it sound close enough" and call it a day. Looks beautifully made on Mac too.
@idemerhzlkndlThanks so much! That was exactly the gap I wanted Linva to address.
A lot of pronunciation tools stop at “close enough,” but learners often have no idea which sound is causing the problem. The phoneme-level feedback is meant to make practice more actionable and less frustrating.
I’m also really happy to hear the Mac experience feels polished — I wanted it to feel like a first-class desktop app, not just a scaled-up mobile version.
Thanks again for trying Linva!
