Customers want to know one thing: when are you free? linkz.io puts the answer at the top of one page at linkz.io/yourname, straight from your own Google, Apple or Outlook calendar. They book there and then, with a deposit if you want one, paid into your own payment account. We never take a cut. Add quotes with photos, invoices, gift vouchers, class passes, all your links and socials, and QR codes you can change after printing. Free forever. Pro when you want more.

Hi Product Hunt, I'm Ian, a solo founder. linkz.io is one link that answers "When are you free?" before anyone has to ask: your next free slot sits at the top, and people book and pay you there and then. Free forever, and we never take a cut.
It started at home. My wife runs a small business that lives on bookings, so I built her something to make that easier. Then a chat with my lawn man about autumn rain and weeds turned into a list of what he'd need from it too.
Then I looked at everyone else we book: my daughter's maths tutor, my son's golf coach, the swimming school. Every one meant a message and a wait. So I asked around: builders, dog groomers, handymen, hairdressers, plumbers. They all had an Instagram bio, a Google listing and a pile of business cards, and they all spent their evenings answering "when are you free?"
That was the missing piece. Not another list of links, and not another booking system to learn. Just the answer to that one question, right at the top. The idea solidified over breakfast one Tuesday. By 11pm there was a landing page. A couple of weeks later, here we are.
Your page lives at linkz.io/yourname, with your next free slot at the top, read from your own Google, Apple or Outlook calendar. People tap it, book it and pay a deposit (if you want one) straight into your own Stripe or Square account. No app to download, for them or for you. You pay only Stripe's or Square's usual card fees, and card details never touch us.
If people book you: fewer "are you free?" messages to answer between jobs. Deposits that cut no-shows. Quotes that arrive with photos, so you can price the job before you set off. Invoices, gift vouchers and class passes paid on the page. Your video call link sent with every online booking. A client list that's yours. And a QR code for the van or the window that you can point somewhere new whenever you like, with every scan counted.
For the people booking: they see when you're free in their own time zone, book in seconds, get a confirmation and a reminder, and can move or cancel within your rules without a single phone call.
How it works
1. Claim your name and drop in your logo or a photo. A logo sets your colours for you.
2. Connect your calendar. We only use when you're busy, never what or who.
3. Put the link in your bio and the QR code on your van, card or counter.
That's about five minutes.
Linktree is great for links, and Calendly for meetings. This is for anyone people book and pay. Already on Linktree? Paste your link and your buttons come across. Use Calendly? Put it on your page as a button.
A confession
Someone will ask, so: I didn't write a line of the code. I built it with two Claude sessions, one acting as my product office and one as my engineer. Building that fast has a catch: every feature adds a button, and an app gets harder to use without anyone noticing. So after each burst of building, we stop and use it as a newcomer would. The last round took getting set up from 29 taps and 10 screens to 16 taps and 5, and fixed 130 things across the site and the app.
It went live at the end of October with bookings, payments and billing all working, so you'd be among the very first. New features go out every Tuesday, and linkz.io/new shows what's landed and what's coming. Ask me anything about how it's built or how your data is handled, and I'll answer here.
Coming next
Order your codes in print: business cards, van stickers and tap-to-open NFC tags, posted to you and still yours to point wherever you like. It's coming, as worldwide print partners take time to set up properly. Then paying straight from a bank account with GoCardless.
Free forever, no card needed, with Pro at $15 / £12 a month when you want more. The first 500 names keep Pro at $10 / £8 for as long as they stay on it, and for the next seven days the code PRODUCTHUNT adds an extra month of Pro free on top of the 14-day trial. In the US you see and pay in dollars.
Claim your linkz.io/name and have a look round. It's free.
Two small favours
1. If you run anything people book, I'd love to know what it would need to do to earn a place in your bio.
2. If you know anyone people book, from plumbers and stylists to tutors, clubs and bands, I'd be grateful if you'd pass this on.
I'm here all day, UK and US time, and I'll answer every comment.
