How much control do I actually have over the layout since it looks more customizable than Linktree? Curious if I can rearrange sections freely or if I'm still stuck within preset blocks.
@reyhandedemli Good question. You get a lot more block variety than Linktree — beyond links you can add headers, dividers, galleries, embeds, forms, FAQ, countdowns, products, and more, all in one list you can reorder and group into folders, plus deep theming (36 themes, custom backgrounds, fonts, buttons, even custom CSS). What you can't do yet is drag whole sections around freely — the header/links/socials/footer frame is fixed, and reordering is via up/down buttons rather than drag-and-drop. Free-form drag-and-drop is on my radar. Would that be a dealbreaker for you, or more of a nice-to-have?
The studio feels surprisingly flexible for a free tool, I was able to tweak the background and layout without touching code. Wish the music embed loaded a touch faster, but overall a solid Linktree alternative.
@kazmicu7 Thanks Kazım, glad the background and layout controls clicked without you having to touch code, that was the whole point. You are right about the music embed, it loads slower than I want it to. I am looking into it now to speed it up. Appreciate you flagging it.
Finally a link-in-bio that doesn't look like everyone else's. Played around with the studio and the customization actually goes deeper than just swapping colors.
@ilkehantah90388 Appreciate this Tahsin. Going deeper than just swapping colors was exactly the goal, so it means a lot that it came across. If you want to push it further there is a custom CSS option in the advanced settings for full control. Would love to see what you make with it.
The drag-and-drop customization feels really thoughtful, especially how the layout adapts without forcing everything into a rigid grid. Nice that it actually looks like a personal site rather than just another Linktree clone.
Really liked how it felt personal right away, not like just another Linktree clone. The drag and drop layout made it easy to get something up that actually looked like me in a few minutes.
