Route every click to the ideal browser

On Windows, macOS, and Linux, Linklever becomes your default "browser". When you click a link, Linklever passes it to a real browser. Which browser opens depends on your rules, and filters can modify the outgoing link. Check out the browser extension, too!

Do you use more than one desktop browser?

If so, you know that the concept of "default browser" is like saying "default eating utensil". You eat with a fork, knife and spoon. You need them all.

Get a tool that understands "default browser" is obsolete.

Stop copy-pasting links.

Hi, I'm Doug. I've been writing software since 2001, and I run a small software business called EnduraByte.

In 2022, I forked BrowseRouter, a tiny open-source Windows utility which launches a different browser depending on the URL. For example, you can configure it to open microsoft.com in Edge and google.com in Chrome.

Linklever expands on the concept and adds cross-platform support, a slick GUI, and Firefox and Chrome browser extensions. It's offline and private, with no metrics or tracking whatsoever.

It's made for anyone who uses multiple browsers on Windows, macOS, or Linux.

Linklever contains zero AI and is definitely not "vibe-coded". It's crafted by hand with care and attention to detail, being tested and refined by my own daily use.
