Zero App Installs for Patients: Visitors simply scan a printed QR code with their native phone camera to pull a digital ticket and watch their place in line update live.
$0 New Hardware for Clinics: Staff call numbers directly from any browser tab on their existing desktop. Any smart TV in the waiting room becomes a real-time calling display with audio chimes.
Low-Latency Sub-Second Sync: Built with real-time WebSockets to ensure that the moment a teller clicks "Next", the lobby display rings, and the patient's phone vibrates instantly.
Verified SMS Alerts: Backed by verified US/North American toll-free messaging infrastructure for automated SMS ticket updates.
We believe essential operational tools shouldn't come with long multi-year contracts, dedicated technicians, or thousand-dollar hardware bundles.
