Lindie is the missing link we needed to be able to use Linear as a digital agency. Having clients be able to create and interact with their issues without the onboarding and overhead of Linear accounts is amazing
i was looking for a solution to create a "live view" of the linear tasks that we are working on for a client and i'm glad that i found Lindie.
it was easy for me to create a read-only view of the tasks, while also enabling customers to directly cut a task for us. i also like the fact that we can use a "magic word" to make some of our internal chats under that task visible to the customer.
and i'm impressed by linidie team when it comes to handling feature request. i noticed that linked PRs were not shown in the Lindie dashboard, and in less than 2 weeks they shipped the feature and i'm very happy that our customers now can see our work in real time and easily navigate to the PRs from the task.
highly recommend this to software teams who are using Linear for task management and they want to keep their external clients in the loop with the latest updates.
Tried jerry-rigging something like Lindie on my own in Linear and struggled tremendously. The Linear team made me aware of Lindie, which was an absolute lifesaver and also made me feel a bit stupid for not having realized it. It's simple and it works and the team is super responsive!
Super useful to quickly share read only boards of linear projects
Lindie is the *perfect* companion to any team using Linear with 3rd party clients. Linear is a workhorse and elegant, but complex. Lindie perfectly simplifies client projects and task communication to keep everything streamlined. Linear, if you will.
The team at Lindie is also incredibly responsive and eager to build new features, so if you like working with relatable founders, the guys at Lindie are world-class.
Lindie is the perfect solution for agencies who built their processes in Linear. In a few clicks you get external dashboards to share your projects with clients.
Great third party tool, it solved our problem to give external visibility to our projects and they continuously ship features to improve our use cases - well done!
