i was looking for a solution to create a "live view" of the linear tasks that we are working on for a client and i'm glad that i found Lindie.
it was easy for me to create a read-only view of the tasks, while also enabling customers to directly cut a task for us. i also like the fact that we can use a "magic word" to make some of our internal chats under that task visible to the customer.
and i'm impressed by linidie team when it comes to handling feature request. i noticed that linked PRs were not shown in the Lindie dashboard, and in less than 2 weeks they shipped the feature and i'm very happy that our customers now can see our work in real time and easily navigate to the PRs from the task.
highly recommend this to software teams who are using Linear for task management and they want to keep their external clients in the loop with the latest updates.
