@eliotpeper this is even better then Zen! His first book, Zen and the art of motorcycle maintenance, says you can't define Quality, and then this follow up spends the whole book defining it. It didn't reach the same cult audience for some reason. This book has moved me more than any book the past year and i desperately want other people to read it. Everyone listening: Read the book in the next month and i'll host a book club around it...!
