Does the same as the big brothers like Philips Wake-Up Light or Lumie Bodyclock, but with your iPhone. The app will slooowly turn on the screen brightness, then the flashlight, and then the birds will follow to sing — for you to feel refreshed and not pissed.

Well, I use it myself and it works well! I usually put also a regular alarm for just-in-case, but never need it yet. Wake up with the flashlight or the birds. Please note that it's not possible to wake iPhone from sleep, so the app needs to be active in the foreground for light alarm to work. It will dim the screen though, so it look like it's turned off (especially on AMOLED).
