Hello, I'm Joey, a solo iOS developer and lifter who got frustrated with workout apps that were either too rigid or too bloated. So I built Lift Logics, a fully customizable workout logger where you define the structure. It supports strength, cardio, and timed workouts with a live activity widget so your current lift stays on your lock screen. There is also a social/groups features to share plans with friends and see others workouts everyday.
