Thanks very much for visiting my post, I have been working for the last year to build Lifestyle Compass, an online personal trainer which tailors workouts based on your metrics and your goal. Lifestyle Compass follows all of the core personal training principals to ensure an accurate effective training plan. Core Features: - Algorithm based personal trainer, which tailors and adapts your workouts as you progress. - Over 350 professionally filmed demonstration videos, covering every exercise in our library. - Workout Tracking and Reminders I am currently working on Lifestyle Compass 2.0 which is slated for launch in the next few months, I am currently looking to build a list of beta testers for the new version and to get more feedback on the existing product so we can make 2.0 the absolute best it can be!
