As an independent developer, I rely on a range of productivity tools to improve both my work and personal efficiency. Over time, I’ve purchased software like iMazing 3, DaisyDisk, and AdGuard to support excellent developers. While these tools are great, one recurring issue has been frustrating: every time I switch devices, I have to dig through old emails to find activation keys. Some even impose strict device limits, making the process more painful. Managing scattered license keys, renewal dates, and subscription costs quickly becomes overwhelming.
To solve this, I built a minimalist license and subscription manager. The goal is simple: give you a central place to securely store and manage all your software purchases, activation keys, and subscriptions—so you never waste time searching again.
Current features include:
Add and organize license keys
Track subscriptions and expenses
Expiration and renewal reminders
Local or Apple iCloud secure storage for full data privacy
The product is still in its early stage, so you’ll need to manually add your existing licenses and subscriptions. But it already covers the essentials and will keep improving.
If you’ve faced similar struggles, I’d love for you to give it a try and share your feedback. This project started with my own need, but I believe it could help many others as well. Thanks for the encouragement—I’ll keep building and refining it.
