Lexii replaces the heavy ticketing setup for customer support by working directly inside your email. The same agent works across all your emails and pulls data from your systems to draft responses with full context. Lexii is built for the most complex inquiries, and still takes a few clicks to set up. Lexii is for people who believe AI can handle customer support but keep experiencing difficulties in implementing it.

I run AI infra at an electricity company, and I spent months watching our support team drown in coordination. Email → ticket → assigned → reassigned → tagged → queued, passed between people who each held half the context.
Ticketing isn't built to solve the customer's problem. It's built to hand that problem between humans who don't have the full picture.
When AI agents can read the whole history, pull the account data, and draft the reply in a single pass, that coordination layer stops being the solution. It's the thing in the way. So the core object in Lexii isn't a ticket, it's a resolution. The agent does the work, the human supervises.
The thing I got wrong early: I thought the win was better drafts. It's not, that gets commoditized. The win is killing the ticket model entirely.
