Whether you're running a multi-million-pound project or just your personal admin, every ask you send or receive should be logged, followed through and closed. That's Leveld. It reads your email, documents actions and decisions, flags risks like an expert over your shoulder, and chases the overdue with one click β you stay in control. Not inbox zero. Not another chatbot. A clean, separate space with the list you've always wanted. Gmail now, more soon. Free beta, 20 spots.

Hey Product Hunt! π Mo here, founder of Leveld.
I've spent 15+ years in consulting - trained at Deloitte and McKinsey, running programmes for the likes of CHANEL, Coca-Cola and Barclays. Across every single one, the same ritual: evenings lost reading hundreds of emails, copy-pasting actions into logs, chasing people for updates, and reconciling spreadsheets that were out of date the moment I saved them.
But the thing that really shaped my view on this problem? It was watching brilliant people - talented operators, subject-matter experts, rising stars - get handed something to run and quietly drown. Not because they were bad at their jobs, but because nobody had taught them the craft of keeping track, and every tool assumed they already knew it.
It's the same problem whether you're running a multi-million-pound programme or your own personal admin. You ask someone for something. Then you forget, they forget, and three weeks later you're wondering what happened to it. You end up repeating yourself, chasing from memory, and never quite sure what's actually open.
So I built the thing I always wanted: a system of trust. Once you ask someone to do something, it's logged, followed through and closed. No more repeating yourself. No more wondering where it is on your list.
What we do differently from the other tools out there:
ποΈ Inbox zero was last year. If you really want it, Ctrl+A and delete ;) Zero isn't the goal - knowing which things matter and keeping them moving is.
π We don't touch your main space. No colonising your Gmail with folders you can't delete after you cancel. Leveld is a clean, separate space with an elegant UI - your inbox stays yours.
π¬ AI is great at chatting. Hopeless at keeping a list. Every chatbot will happily discuss your project with you. None of them will give you a good old-fashioned list of what's open, who owns it and when it's due. That's the whole job here.
What Leveld actually does:
π₯ Send or receive an email - it's documented instantly. Every action and decision captured, nothing duplicated into other tools. Leveld becomes your system of record.
π© Risks flagged like you've got an expert over your shoulder. You'll be amazed how often you had a "smoking gun" email and just couldn't find it when it mattered. Leveld surfaces it before it bites.
π Chase the overdue with one click. No flipping to another app, no awkward nudge drafts. You stay in control of what gets sent and when.
ποΈ Your life or your project, categorised for you. Logically grouped by workstream or area - without you dragging anything into folders.
β Nothing happens without your say-so. You review, accept, edit or reject everything Leveld finds. It's a system of trust, not a black box.
π Built for the tools you already use. Gmail today, and the infrastructure is already in place for integrations across your stack. We'll meet you where you work.
Where this comes from: Leveld isn't a generic AI with a project management prompt. It's trained on 20,000+ real risks, actions and decisions from live programmes (anonymised), 15 years of delivery scars, and the best productivity thinking from the OGs - the books and habits that still work.
We're launching in free beta, capped at 20 users, and onboarding everyone personally - request access on the site and I'll get you set up.
@memanjaΒ Thanks for bringing this to life, Mo. This has been an ambitious project and, more importantly, a human-centred one. Leveld is about bringing order to people's lives and giving them back every minute they don't have to spend scouring emails, slack threads, or meeting transcripts for action items or decisions made.
Leveld has been fun to build and use! Now let's see what everyone makes of it π
Hey everyone! I'm Ashraf, I've been building Leveld alongside Mo.
Mo's covered the why, so here's a bit of how, from the inside.
The thing we were most stubborn about is that you should never have to take the AI's word for anything. Every action, decision and risk Leveld pulls out of your sources (Gmail, at beta) links back to the exact sentence in the email it came from. If it says someone promised you something by Friday, you can see exactly where they said it in your email. If it's wrong, you edit it or bin it in one click.
We were just as careful with your data. Leveld reads your email to build your list, but it doesn't add labels or folders to your Gmail, and your emails are never used to train the system. Your inbox stays yours.
It's early and we're keeping the beta small on purpose, so every bit of feedback actually reaches us. If something gets missed or misread, tell me here or in the app. I'd genuinely love to hear what it catches that you'd forgotten about π
@ashrafyusufΒ it was some engineering effort to get it working so well! Excited to see what others make of it !
