When your roadmap has 12 “top priorities,” scoring won’t save you. Less Is More forces teams to cut before they add. No voting. No frameworks. Just a reverse prioritization intervention that makes scope creep visible and creates focus fast.
Hey everyone! I built Less Is More after noticing something frustrating in our own planning sessions. We kept adding. Rarely cutting. We tried scoring systems, voting, frameworks but nothing actually reduced the number of priorities. The roadmap just kept growing.
So I experimented with a rule: Before adding anything new, everyone must cut three items. The shift in conversation was immediate. It forced real trade offs instead of polite agreement. Less Is More is simply a digital version of that intervention.
No signups required. No complexity. Just a structured way to force subtraction. I’d genuinely love feedback, especially from founders and PMs dealing with priority overload. Happy to answer anything,
