I know this isn’t revolutionary, and I’m definitely not trying to reinvent the wheel here just a cool portfolio piece. Originally, I built this just for myself. My initial plan was to create a simple tool built on Telegram where the AI already knew my background and could write my job proposals for me on the fly. But as I kept using it, I realized that this would probably be useful for a lot of other freelancers out there too. My Product Hunt launch hit a wall of 0 signups. Here is the fix.

Blunt truth:

I launched Lervos on Product Hunt 8 days ago and literally zero people signed up lol.

After staring at the analytics, I realized why:

I was forcing everyone through a 'Magic Link' email flow.

In hindsight, I realized nobody gives a f*** about opening their email and waiting for a link just to try a new tool. It was a massive friction point that killed the momentum.

I just pushed an update:
