We started building LEOLEX because we kept hearing the same thing from legal teams and large organizations: “We want to use AI, but we can’t send our documents to the cloud.” So we built something different. LEOLEX AI is a desktop AI workspace that works directly on local files. No uploads, no data retention, and full control over how AI is used inside the organization. You can choose your own AI provider and model setup, whether that’s OpenAI, Azure, AWS Bedrock, or another approved stack already used internally. We also support enterprise environments with integrations like SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, and Dropbox. But security alone wasn’t enough. The product also had to be genuinely useful in day-to-day work. That’s why we focused on real workflows: * analyzing and comparing contracts * extracting data from multiple documents into structured tables * drafting and editing documents with AI * working across large sets of legal and business files * using AI agents that plan tasks step by step The idea was simple: give teams a way to use AI on sensitive documents without losing control over data, infrastructure, or process.
