how does the facial recognition handle guests who opted out of being photographed, or is that on the photographer to manage manually before upload?
@mtepki52730 Good question. Guests who do not want to be photographed should be managed by the photographer or event organizer. Lenzeit can help protect selected faces with FaceLock, but consent should still be handled before photos are shared.
How does the facial recognition handle photos of people who weren't formally registered as guests, like plus-ones or random attendees walking through the background?
@nuranuvfc Lenzeit can also detect people who were not officially registered, such as plus-ones or people in the background. They do not need to be on the guest list for the system to recognize and group their photos. Access will still depend on the event’s privacy settings.
How does the facial recognition handle photos where people are partially turned away or in tricky lighting, and is there any manual override when it gets it wrong?
@gler642899 Good question. Side angles, low light, or covered faces can sometimes affect the results, but Lenzeit is designed to work with different poses and lighting conditions. We still recommend checking the results before sharing the final gallery.
The facial recognition is surprisingly accurate even in tough lighting, and the culling workflow cut my editing time in half for a wedding last weekend.

The facial recognition actually picked up side profiles and people with hats better than I expected, which is usually where these tools fall apart. Cull time dropped noticeably on a recent wedding shoot.
