That is why we always emphasize that you must tailor every template to your specific situation and check the laws that apply in your jurisdiction. Think of us as giving you the scaffolding, but you have to build the house yourself. As for updates, while we do refine our templates from time to time based on feedback and better drafting practices, we do not pretend to automatically keep your documents compliant because compliance depends entirely on your personal circumstances and local laws.
