I thought about opening a company in France. Found this service for SARL charter generation. Chose a free plan and paid a deposit for the state fee for opening SARL. Then, for personal reasons, I changed my mind about opening a SARL in France and applied for a refund. They refused to refund my deposit. This is not a payment for your services, this is a deposit for the state fee. The service is engaged in fraud refusing to return the deposit.

Review of Legal Start
Legalstart is the perfect solution for anyone starting a business, specially for people like us who doesn't speak french natively and not familiar with french bureaucracy. Legalstart is also very cost effective comparing to other similar services. Everything from name registration to bank account is done online and efficiently. I often recommend it to my fellow founders starting a company at France :)
