I used this service for the first time. My resume came back in the original format I sent it in with alllll my own words. Nothing was added but a header and a couple of customer centric skills. I am disgusted with this service. They are scamming people. It’s not free! You have to leave a tip! Imagine how many people tip for this bogus service! A complete nightmare! I wouldn’t recommend this service in any lifetime. You are truly better offf creating your own resume

Total Scam... It is absolutley NOT FREE... I recieved an email that my resume was ready, however, I cant read it.. It is formated so that until you "tip" you get nothing. I dont mind tipping for good servise, but THIS IS A SCAM.. 100% PRO SCAM The emails from them are so evasive, however , if you are intrested in seeing how a professional scam is done. This would be a good review. Deceptive Trade .. Please report so that others will not wait and be used while they are unemployed.. Very Sad that people take advantage of others really desperate situations

Didn't let me download my resume, so I can't actually see how it performed. Have tried all kinds of solutions, but it suggests I contact support.....which is nowhere to be found. Not sure I'd recommend it.

Had multiple interviews lined up within the first week of placing my new resume on LinkedIn, and as a tip-based service it's a no-brainer to me, some resume writers charge a lot more than this. Disappointed, I guess nothing in life really is free, even when advertised as such. I was told my resume was complete and I wanted to open it to see what it looks like, but I only am shown a small screen cap. Without tipping I can’t see what has been produced. Why would anyone tip for a resume that I have no idea if its great or trash? I don’t really like this model of tipping before being able to at least inspect the final product, I’m not sure what restaurants tip before the food is eaten or what delivery driver gets a tip before the delivery is handed over. Anyway, I’m feeling a little unsure about this whole experience as I did think a free resume sounds too good to be true which I guess it is because a tip seems to be compulsory and so it’s not ‘free’. Overall dont bother unless you are happy to tip with no idea of what youre paying for.
