Ledgora is a privacy-first financial forecasting program built specifically for Windows. Unlike cloud-based budgeting apps, it keeps your financial records locally and works without requiring constant internet access. Ledgora goes beyond tracking past spending by forecasting cash flow, recurring bills, income, debt, account balances, savings goals, and what-if scenarios—helping you see what may happen before making financial decisions.

I respect your decision to keep financial data under the user's control while focusing on forecasting instead of just historical reporting, because that's where better decisions are made. How does Ledgora model unexpected changes in income or expenses when projecting future cash flow?
@spotch_founder Thank you, I really appreciate that. Ledgora doesn’t try to predict unexpected events automatically. Instead, users can test them by adding temporary What‑If income or expenses with an expected date and amount. Multiple scenarios can be combined, and Ledgora immediately recalculates the forecast so users can compare the new projected balance and lowest point with their original plan, including whether they remain above their chosen safety buffer.
We’re also working to expand this feature so users can temporarily adjust recurring income and bills to explore longer term changes without altering their real ledger. Everything remains stored locally on the user’s Windows PC.
