The current bank statement conversion tools use custom OCR that needs to be tweaked on a per-bank basis. Our tool uses advanced computer vision and AI technology to locate tabular data no matter the format and works with any language and any bank. It can scan through multiple pages and extracts the financial data to a CSV file for easy manipulation.

@haseeb I have developed this to be as generic as possible in order to work with most banks. If you're having trouble with a result, shoot me a message with the bank and I will tweak the model.

Is the data encrypted? I'd hate for this sort of data to get exposed to some bad actors.

Though this is useful, Lot of concerns here. Security Privacy And can’t we just export the bank statement in Excel format directly from the web login ?

@vijayatech_labs Thanks for commenting. As for security & privacy, all data is encrypted from file storage to database transactions for all conversions. Most banks offer export of bank statements in PDF format, but not Excel or CSV. LedgerBox bridges that gap.

@slawton Got it. Lot of banks support Excel download in India so was assuming the same, I am not aware of other countries.
