LeaseField is for farmers and landowners who want a written lease. The farmer drafts a cash rent, crop share, flex rent or pasture lease, the landowner reviews it, then both sign online. After that LeaseField logs rent payments, emails the farmer before rent is due and keeps the lease documents together. Some tools are free without an account: lease templates with the full text, rent calculators and a termination notice letter. Landowners don't pay to view, sign or download their agreements.

Hi Product Hunt. I build software for farmers at RemoteFarm.co.
A lot of farm leases are still a handshake, or a PDF nobody opens again after signing. LeaseField is my attempt to keep the lease useful after that: a rent log, reminders before rent is due and the documents in one place.
If you just want to poke around, these are free and don't need an account:
Lease templates with every clause: https://leasefield.remotefarm.co/templates
Rent calculators, including pasture rent per AUM: https://leasefield.remotefarm.co/calculators
A termination notice letter tool: https://leasefield.remotefarm.co/tools/farm-lease-termination-notice
Pricing is on the site. Farmers get one open lease free, then it's $15 or $45 a month. Landowners don't pay to view, sign or download.
If you manage farm leases, I'd really like to know what would make this worth using for you.
