BrainCert
Hi Product Hunt! π
I'm Yasin, Founder of BrainCert.
Most learning platforms measure course completions.
Learnly measures workforce readiness.
Organizations invest millions in employee training, yet still struggle to answer simple questions:
β Can employees actually perform the job?
β Have they demonstrated competency?
β Are they ready for real-world work?
β Did the training translate into workplace performance?
That's why we built Learnly.
Learnly is an AI-powered Workforce Readiness Platform that helps organizations move beyond content delivery and verify real skills through:
π€ AI-powered course creation
π Adaptive assessments
π― Skills & competency tracking
π£οΈ Workforce Readiness Paths
π On-the-Job Training (OJT) with supervisor validation
π Learning Transfer Insights
βοΈ Automation & analytics
Whether you're onboarding new hires, training frontline workers, certifying partners, or managing compliance, Learnly helps answer the question that matters most:
"Is my workforce actually ready?"
Instead of measuring learning activity, Learnly measures learning outcomes. Our Workforce Readiness Systemβ’ connects learning, assessments, competency validation, on-the-job performance, and continuous improvement into one measurable journey.
We'd love your feedback!

measuring learning transfer is the part L&D teams have struggled with for decades, mostly because you need to see behavior change on the job weeks after the course, not just a quiz score right after. what's actually feeding the competency dashboard, is it self-reported or tied to real performance data from managers?
MailerLogic
@omri_ben_shoham1Β Great question β and honestly, this is the exact gap we built Learnly to close.
it's not self-reported. The competency dashboard is fed by supervisor validation on real, on-the-job tasks. An employee doesn't just take a quiz and check a box β they perform the actual task on the job, and their supervisor is the one who signs off that it was done, and done correctly.
That sign-off is what feeds the dashboard, not a learner's own claim that they "got it."
That's the piece most L&D platforms skip. A quiz score right after a course tells you what someone memorized for five minutes. A supervisor validating real task performance weeks later tells you whether the behavior actually transferred to the job β which is the harder, more honest measure of readiness.
Been on Braincert for years and I love their continues updates. I've checked it out and this will definitely help some of my clients. Much love from South Africa!
