What's great

We've been evaluating modern LMS platforms, and Learnly stands out because it focuses on workforce readiness, not just course completions. The combination of AI-powered course creation, assessments, competency tracking, Readiness Paths, and supervisor-validated OJT makes it feel like a complete platform for employee training rather than a traditional LMS. The interface is modern, and it's clear the product is designed for organizations that need measurable skill development and compliance.

What needs improvement

Since it's an early product, I'd like to see even more prebuilt industry templates, additional HRIS and business integrations, and expanded analytics for managers. The foundation is very strong, and I'm looking forward to seeing how the platform evolves.

vs Alternatives

We looked at a few traditional LMS platforms, but many focused primarily on content delivery and completion tracking. Learnly's emphasis on proving competency, measuring learning transfer, and validating on-the-job performance made it a more compelling approach for workforce training.

What's great

We already use BrainCert, so it is great to see the team bring out Learnly for employee training. It feels more than a basic LMS, with AI course creation, skill tracking, assessments, OJT sign-offs and compliance tools in one place. I especially like the focus on proving real workplace skills, not just showing that someone completed a course.
