For professionals who want more output with less effort. You've done the same work dozens of times. Yet you're still juggling AI tools and losing focus halfway through. 💻 Leapility lets you describe your expertise as a playbook in plain language. Add your sources, steps, tools, and rules. Then hit run and let AI do the rest. ✌️Build once, reuse every time. Scale your output, not your hours.

Leapility
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Laura Zeng, one of the builders of @Leapility .
Leapility turn your repetitive workflows into Al-powered playbooks that run themselves.
We built this for professionals who want more output — with less effort.
If your work requires doing the same reptitive workflows (e.g. consultants, marketers, educators, freelancers), this is for you.
✍️ Here's how it works:
Write down your workflow in plain language. Add your sources, steps, and rules.
We'll turn it into a playbook.
Run and iterate until it's perfect.
Save it and Leapility will turn it into a custom AI-powered playbook you can run right within chat.
Why you want Leapility:
Less Repetitive Execution: your playbook becomes a reusable asset, not a one-off prompt
Everything stays in one place: instructions, sources, outputs and all context
Enrich Your Deliverables: you can generate text, podcasts, videos, even websites from the same playbook
Less repetitive work. Less tool-hopping.
One subscription, multiple tools. More output, same hours.

Come share your playbook and play with Leapility together 🚀
@Leapility @randomlaura This really resonates. Most AI tools still feel like prompt-heavy chatbots instead of teammates that actually do the work.

@randomlaura super excited for your launch! You guys have come a long way in expressing your value prop, and you've moved quickly to embrace playbooks as a core element of capturing expertise in a repeatable, iterative form that helps people scale their output, not their hours.
Congrats!
@randomlaura @chrismessina Thank you for inviting me. I went ahead and ran your playbook on the book our agency just published, Bootstrapper's Guide to the World available at Amazon since January in eBook and paperback formats. It made the Landing Page Creation Playbook and built a landing page for it, even though I already made two of them at Gamma.
I will be doing another playbook over the next few days for the project we started about a week ago. We are attempting to build an AI Native Agency that bases every part of the agency (SOP, accounting & Finance, operations, content creation, research & reporting, QC, etc.) on AI and automates most of it. The idea is to create an agency that essentially runs itself, the humans simply start the motor and drive. We are hoping that this will also answer the request for startup advertised at Y Combinator.

Love the focus on simple language instructions. How does Leapility handle very complex workflows with multiple decision branches? I'm interested to see if it can handle my logic before I dive into the Pro plan.
Leapility
@rydensun You can just write it out like you'd explain it to a person. "If this, then that, otherwise do this other thing." Honestly the best way to know is to try it with your actual workflow. Happy to help if you wanna explore more here in our community: https://discord.gg/jCezb7mQ6d

This feels like turning tacit knowledge into something reusable and scalable.
@svaney_neyney Precisely! Capturing that 'tacit knowledge' and turning it into a reusable, scalable Playbook is the heartbeat of our vision. We wanted to move away from fleeting prompts and create a way for experts to 'clone' their best practices into executable assets. It’s about building a library of your own expertise that works for you 24/7!

I like that Leapility treats AI as an execution layer, not just a conversation window.
@heal_yi Spot on! That’s exactly the shift we’re aiming for. Moving AI from a 'chat window' to a functional execution layer is what turns simple prompts into actual productive assets. We believe the future of AI isn't just talking about work, but actually getting it done through structured Playbooks!
Minara
Interesting, playbooks as reusable SOPs feels way more aligned with how professional teams actually work than Jira board. Looking forward to try it out!
Leapility
@amberjolie Thanks! That’s exactly how we think about it, playbooks as reusable SOPs built around real workflows. Excited to hear what you think once you try it out! 🙌

What stood out to me is how production-ready this feels — not just another automation that breaks the moment things get slightly complex.
@yuezheng That is a huge compliment! We intentionally built the Playbook architecture to move away from the 'chaotic' nature of standard AI chats. By using a structured format, we ensure the logic stays rigid and production-ready, even as workflows scale in complexity. It’s all about giving you a digital employee you can actually trust to deliver every single time!

This feels like a step away from chatting about work toward actually running work.
Leapility
@qiwap Exactly what we were hoping for! 😄 We use this ourselves all the time. Half our marketing workflows are playbooks now, and we even built a Reddit Strategist agent that the whole team shares. Feels good when "talking about work" becomes "work actually getting done."
