We're a small consultancy and we've quietly been running on LEAP for a while, so seeing it here makes me happy. Before this we tried to consolidate on HubSpot and trialled Odoo — both good at parts, but we always ended up with a spreadsheet bridging the gaps. LEAP is the first one that runs lead-to-cash on a single model, so the seams between sales, delivery and finance are just gone.
The part that still feels like a small superpower: capacity and allocations. When a new project asks "can you start in May?", I can see who is actually free across all active projects in seconds, instead of promising and praying. And because logged work flows straight into invoices, the gap between "we did it" and "we billed it" basically closed.
If you run a services business and your real product is your team's time, this is well worth a look. Great work to the team — excited to see where it goes.
