LeanOS replaces your SaaS stack and your headcount with one system. One orchestrator governs 20+ specialized agents across strategy, product, market, revenue, and intelligence.
Built on Claude Code. Every skill is a readable markdown file, no hidden prompts, no black box. Copy `.claude/` into your repo, run `claude --agent orchestrator`, get first useful output in under 60 minutes.
Replaces 9+ tools costing $4,700-$22,000/year. $499 once. Free Core on GitHub (MIT).

I built LeanOS because I was paying for 9+ tools that could not share a sentence of context. Every tool knew its own silo. None knew my business.
So I wrote an operating system. 100+ skills and 20+ agents governed by a single orchestrator, stored as readable markdown files in a repo. No hidden prompts. Every skill is a `.md` file you can open, read, and modify before you run it.
The architecture: one orchestrator reads all state, computes gaps between goals and reality, writes work orders, and delegates to specialized agents. Strategy, product, engineering, sales, marketing, customer success, operations, intelligence. The filesystem is the business. State lives in files. Context is shared because everything lives in the same repo.
Core is free on GitHub (MIT license) - the validation layer: research, strategy, canvas generation. Pro adds the full execution layer across every business domain, plus the orchestrator. $499 once. You own it.
Happy to answer questions about the architecture, the agent system, or how it works in practice. The repo is open - inspect it.
