Hi Product Hunt 👋 I built Lean AI Dev Team because I believe AI coding needs to evolve from “generate more code” to deliver more business value. Most AI coding tools make individual developers faster, but real software projects need much more than code: business analysis, product thinking, architecture, data modeling, UX, testing, governance, and delivery discipline. Lean AI Dev Team is a Claude Code Skill that turns AI coding into an AI-native agile team with specialized roles: Business Analyst, Product Manager, Architecture Planner, Tech Lead, UX Designer, Data Engineer, Developers, Test Engineer, and Project Manager. The goal is simple: Reduce AI-generated waste. Build only what matters. Keep every coding task connected to business value. It helps teams move through: Install → Validate → Run → Test Agent Performance → Iterate and supports a full workflow from project intake, PRD, architecture, data model, sprint planning, implementation, testing, and sprint review. This is my first step toward a broader Value-Native AI Development methodology: using Lean AI principles to make AI coding more structured, measurable, and enterprise-ready.
